The Legacy Carbon table tennis blade is a 5+2 ply blade that uniquely combines carbon fiber and three carefully selected STIGA veneers in different thicknesses. 12k Energy Carbon is based on Spread Tow technology and has a full 88g of carbon fiber/m2. This results in a light yet stiff carbon blade with better energy transfer and a sweet spot across the entire surface. The outer and middle plies are a combination of Abachi and Limba wood, which gives the Legacy Carbon better dwell time and thus better control and more feel in the short game. The harder pine wood in the second ply allows for a longer, more powerful trajectory, thus providing exactly the properties that a balanced offensive blade should possess.
