Joola Tezzo Spartan
The name "TEZZO" has its origins in Japanese and is a short form of "tezawari", which translates to "feeling pleasant". A good feeling should be the main characteristic of the new wood series. When developing the woods, the focus was not on maximum speed, but on ensuring that every type of player feels comfortable right away.
For this purpose, we examined the world's most popular "classic" offensive woods in the amateur sector and opted for four special veneer constructions. All woods have a Limba outer veneer, which is generally somewhat calmer compared to other outer veneers and thus appears more forgiving. The TEZZO woods are all "easy-to-play". This concept was so well received by our contract players that several national players (including Vitor Ishiy and Deni Kozul) have already opted for TEZZO. This shows that the woods are equally well suited for amateur players and professionals alike.
With the Tezzo Spartan, Joola offers a fast yet very spin-friendly offensive wood.
Due to the outer KL-c layer, a rather hard feel is created, which is why the wood is perfect for players who want a direct playing sensation. The very short ball contact time allows for precise play and fast energy transfer during topspins.
The low inherent catapult allows the player to control the acceleration of the ball very precisely and easily vary the pace. Optimal for players who usually brush and tangentially accelerate the ball during topspin.
