We no longer wanted to settle for that. A soft sponge also needs a soft top sheet, our developers thought, because otherwise there would never be true harmony between the top sheet and the undersheet.
So we developed "FAKTIS". A new technology for the top sheet of control rubbers. FAKTIS top sheets are as soft as control sponges. A sophisticated construction of rubber-compatible plasticizers and highly elastic synthetic rubbers.
For the first time, FAKTIS creates a harmonious unit from the two parts of the rubber. DONIC QUATTRO is able to naturally implement what the player wants.
Despite being a control rubber, it still develops astonishing dynamics for fast spin, counter, and block shots.
