How do I get my VIP discount?
Simply log in with a customer account! Once logged into your customer account, 15% will be deducted from all eligible items.
Which items are subject to the 15% discount?
The VIP discount is applied to all items except:
Already discounted items, vouchers, tables, surrounds, robots, and all items from the brands Dr. Neubauer, Der Materialspezialist, and Barna.
From when is my order shipping free?
Shipping is free for orders over €69; otherwise, a €5.90 charge applies.
Do I have to cover the shipping costs for a return?
We have opted for a middle ground, as returns entail enormous administrative and cost overhead for us. Once your return has been approved by us, you will receive a link for a return label. For returns, we charge a flat fee of €4.50. This will be automatically invoiced as soon as the DHL return label is created.
