GEWO Celexxis
Celexxis stands for innovation, the adaptation and optimization of the GEWO blade range to the latest rubber series, and the promise to our customers to develop the right material for every type of player. The goal was to counteract the changes in table tennis over recent years with specifically selected new products, while at the same time meaningfully complementing the blade range without jeopardizing clarity in the product portfolio.
While the trend of recent years has clearly been towards fiber-reinforced blades, there are still many players who rely on high-quality all-wood blades for their game. GEWO also wants to meet these needs, which is why the Celexxis series has developed not only two new and innovative synthetic fiber blades (with the TPCF fiber), but also a 5-ply Allround + and a 7-ply offensive model, completely without built-in synthetic fibers.

A thicker Kiri core veneer is encased by the innovative TPCF fiber (Thin Power Carbon Fibre) and completed with two fine Hinoki outer veneers. A high basic speed remains sufficiently controllable thanks to the sophisticated bonding, allowing for quick, hard, and secure scoring. The relatively soft Kiri core veneer provides the necessary ball feel and a moderate ball bounce.
In all offensive situations, the TPCF fiber then comes into its own, and the special touch of the Hinoki outer veneer makes the GEWO Celexxis Fortissimo Carbon OFF blade the optimal companion for all players who want to set the pace. Controlled and spin-loaded or maximum hardness and speed, the Celexxis composition makes it possible to dictate the game at any time.
